  1. Only if you make them. Not on purpose and they are safe to handle,if you can catch them,
  2. Could you just? It won't take long I'm the customer So never wrong Got back up there right to the top start cutting till I tell you to stop? While you guys are here it would seem a good time to put his in your chipping machine? My neighbour has a job,its just over the fence. Not far and whats extra good its a Pine and he will let you keep the wood!
  3. Yes.Booze is mega pricey.Norwegians seem to revel in making their own spirits though.Unfortunalty is invariably tastes like Petrol and soil.No matter how drunk you are before sombody offers you some of their booze.
  4. Vermin. Really upsetting news,he is a better man than those attackers can ever hope to be.
  5. During the early 1990's the Japanese would bring Freighters into New Zealand ports and have them filled with scrap steel.Tractors,Rail lines what ever. Then they would sail the ship back to Japan and scuttle them. They story was that they were sinking them to make marine sancturay's.But they were also getting steel from Veitnam, northern Aus,PNG,Fiji etc.Thats alot of artificial reefs! People say that infact they were securing a supply of steel for the future.Makes sence as 50,000 ton ships take along time to rust away.
  6. Bit bigger than a fist this one Dave. But I have seen a guy walk up to a group of girls at a party and let one crawl out of his mouth.
  7. I'm growing my sideburns in preparation for my recently ordered Hemp three strand. The future is now!
  8. My deepest thanks to them all,we will remember them.
  9. Its the time of year to start thinking about what Christmas celebration you are planning your staff. Here are a few options to select. Personally,we plan to have a "Julebord" a Christmas type dinner at my house about the time we cease work untill the new year. How about you?
  10. That looks great! Who makes them? Also it matches the rest of my "Batman" costume....result!
  11. Good to see innovation on the gear front! Especially gear specifically for Arborists.I like the idea of a clear visor, but one that was secondary to a mesh one.Perhaps one that you could pull down from inside the helmet? Speaking for myself, there are times when little particles come through the mesh of a wire visor.Having a second option of a clear visor might be good? Nice reveiw Reg
  12. Both Cuthbert and Tarquin marvelled at the extras that came with the Iron
  13. Fantastic! You certainly have considerable talent!Very impressive indeed!
  14. Hire a front end loader, without the bucket. You could chain or use soft strops to lift the stump just enough to reverse out with it.Then plonk it in a truck. Be fast and reasonably cheap.
  15. T22! I thought that was a fantastic peice of gear after my first "harness" was a thick belt with two eyes and a hemp lanyard WITH a wire core.
  16. Ok thanks for the replies! I'll have a look around at Mig systems that use gas.
  17. I am looking to buy a smaller welder for the filddly jobs.I am thinking along the lines of a Mig or a smaller stick welder.I have a three phase stick welder but thats too much for little things. What do you look for in a Mig welder? Can you get one that welds as well as a small stick welder? Do you need gas for short welds in a Mig?
  18. £23 equivalent, come and take as much as you like. Its all wet,but its all in rings.
  19. Very nice indeed! Thanks for posting it!
  20. Phew! Better you than me mate!
  21. I shot it with a .22 air rifle. It wasn't very far away and its demise was swift.I hit it in the head from above.
  22. Thats out of order.Like you,I'd have thrown it over the house.
  23. This sunday was great because I shot the last cat that was pooing in my garden. All before I had had my first coffee, productive day indeed!
