mickey mouse gear? duck tape is a quick fix and if you use black you wont see it.................... i think stitching would pull out easily on the elasticated fabric...

never used that befor but it seems a good trick,wil ave ago nexttime but did you have to keep spinning th pulley because the more you move around the tree the more the rope wont run true..

or get some duck tape, rip a length off and cut long the middle so its half the width and stick it where you would sew.... easy:trytofly:

i dont think a smack in the mouth would do a smoker any good, as people say they are moody, i smoke quite alot, even used to do at work!!!!!! but then i wasnt climbing and was doing **** epicormic work!!!! but no excuse.... i wouldnt smoke now unless it was the end of the day and someone else had it, i never take it to work, strictly a night time and weekend thing but ill also add i dont smoke fags full stop.............

all in all id like to team up with a few people i sub for right now and create a 'whole tree service company' from groundies to consultants.. i would like to become a consultant but have no chance in hell yet as im loving climbing soooo much at the min i find it hard to sit down and revise etc...
