  1. Ok, this is the story, a few month's ago I noticed a fair bit of damage to the bark of a Dawn Redwood and put it down to some idiot with a dog being responsible for it. It was torn in strips from the ground up, to about 4feet right down to bare wood. Recently I read somewhere that badgers for some reason have a tendancy (for some reason) to do this to this particular tree. So my question is- Has anyone else had experience of this ?
