  19. I would say depends what's in their contract as they have to maintain garden . I would agree with the tree as that's a bit different, but with my last place I removed and trimmed shrubs without permission. it would of been silly phoning the landlord everytime I wanted to do something in the garden. By the time I left it was in better condition than when I arrived tho. Sent from my HTC One X using Tapatalk 2

  23. The tax office was not reasonable they were demanding it with no help they where right and my dad was wrong, it's only because he keeps financial records and knew what help he needed it was sorted. Anybody who doesn't there stuffed.
  24. Doweled this one is, is there another way to biscuit joint without buying a machine ?? never used one before. The other smaller frames I'm doing a lap joint then a dowel through. I've seen another guy that does mirrors when I have stalls on but he silicone's the mirrors to the wood each to there own I guess, it's a shame as they are nice mirrors but its the first thing I spotted.
  25. My dad had the tax people on his case for a £8000 tax bill when he worked for the UN . He got a forensic money specialist to talk with Geneva and go thro all the paper work , it cost him £800 for a few hrs work. It was proved he had paid the tax and the tax people where wrong, he could also get his money back but the money specialist told him not to bother as it will cost him more than he's paid as they will drag it out.
