  2. Waney edge , no less than 12" width only need about a meter but will get board if needed. 2" thick . Air or kiln dry.
  3. This happened on my vw, it was the water pump, the fins had broken. So got the cam belt done too, brought the cheaper pump as it was metal fins instead of the more expensive one which was plastic.

  6. I've got the makita one, it does take some getting use too when using the 1mm bits. Most of these where made using the palm router.
  7. Yes a 1/4" plunger router and a palm router.
  8. Draw lettering on then free hand like these.

    Thanks for the advice, I think I'll go and buy a £1600 laptop to fill in online forms.
  11. Dirty dirty man you have to tickle the rakers first.

  13. Usually has to much dust with it, don't know if can be cleaned some how.
