I can't see the benefit of them financially, it seems ridiculous to me have a royal family in 2023, I reckon they should get jobs or sign on the dole.

Go in at £350 with new clients and see what happens. I think a couple of saws, a rigging kit and 17 years of experience is worth more than £250 a day. Prices are on the rise, don't mug yourself off.

Fungi are closer to us than plants in that they need to 'eat' things to survive and they're not subject to an energy requirement that is fulfilled by sunlight and photosynthesis, so it's unlikely that they'd be aligning themselves with the sun.

You might have done, eucs are usually quite tolerant of a prune though and the grass looks like it's been well fed with nutrients, perhaps they've contributed to its decline. As said above, you've tried to manage a large tree in a small spot and it didn't work, charge full whack for removal.

No idea mate, the online guidance suggests you should, you could deck the tree, tell nobody official, and then see what happens.

There may be replanting condition within the TPO, so perhaps that's why they want notification of works.

150mm DBH as a minimum usually, although there are occasions where I would include trees which are <150mm but these are generally in groups and specified as such. I mostly use a program called Axciscape to plot things. I either get a topographical plan from the developer/LA or use triangulation to plot trees on dxf plan of the site.- 1 reply
