  1. Either get a consultant in to undertake a detailed inspection on the basis of your observations, or recommend fell and replant If you are unsure and they don't have the funds. If they decide to keep it in its current form then it's on them.
  2. I went along with 'the rules' as I was led to believe it the best course of action in a time of significant uncertainty. I worked throughout the lockdown. I love the way you'll bark at anyone who enabled the shit storm that was the management of the pandemic, but you're incapable of blaming Boris and his lackeys directly.
  3. Yup, but Scottish politicians play an influential role in your life, seeing as you live in Scotland. There's plenty of people in England who do actually want Boris and his pals strung up for the 'petty COVID bollocks'.
  4. Air Force AI drone 'killed operator in simulation' • The Register WWW.THEREGISTER.COM Did ML-powered fighter actually go HAL 9000 to rack up points? Who knows
  5. Who wants to live forever? AI Unlocks Custom-Tailored DNA Sequences - Neuroscience News NEUROSCIENCENEWS.COM Utilizing machine learning, the team identified “synthetic extreme” DNA sequences that play specific roles in gene activation.
  6. Solar-powered technology converts CO2 and water into liquid fuels WWW.INCEPTIVEMIND.COM These fuels can be added directly to a car's engine as a drop-in fuel.
  7. It looks like your poster-boy thinks differently to you in terms of voter ID:
  8. It's because I think you're a bit of a babe.
  9. I think you're like a beta version of Ghat GPT where you regurgitate soundbites while blissfully unaware of the external real world. Best of luck kiddo.
  10. Do you think that Labour is a left-wing party in it's current format? I reckon The Greens are the closest there is in the bigger picture at this time.
  11. Depends how many IED's they stand on I suppose.
  12. Soldiers or people who are planning on relying on a state pension in their later days?
  13. I agree that proportional representation is the only fair way to run a vote. Do you think we should raise the age threshold for National Insurance to 21 too? My point is that you have to draw a line somewhere, and if it's to do with the perceived maturity to make important decisions which will affect society in general then that line should, I think, be a consistent one. Many sources reckon that brain development only completes in the mid-twenties - which is too late for many things but an interesting thought nonetheless.
  14. Should the age of consent. and that for joining the armed forces be raised to 21 too?
  15. ESA - New weather satellite reveals spectacular images of Earth WWW.ESA.INT Europe’s latest weather satellite, the Meteosat Third Generation Imager, has just delivered its first view of Earth – revealing conditions over Europe, Africa and the Atlantic in remarkable...
  16. Aye but they'd go there even without the royal family, it's not as if they get a selfie with them.
  17. I can't see the benefit of them financially, it seems ridiculous to me have a royal family in 2023, I reckon they should get jobs or sign on the dole.

    Prices

Go in at £350 with new clients and see what happens. I think a couple of saws, a rigging kit and 17 years of experience is worth more than £250 a day. Prices are on the rise, don't mug yourself off.
  19. Fungi are closer to us than plants in that they need to 'eat' things to survive and they're not subject to an energy requirement that is fulfilled by sunlight and photosynthesis, so it's unlikely that they'd be aligning themselves with the sun.
  20. A rowan would work, a Liquidambar would look good there too.
  21. You might have done, eucs are usually quite tolerant of a prune though and the grass looks like it's been well fed with nutrients, perhaps they've contributed to its decline. As said above, you've tried to manage a large tree in a small spot and it didn't work, charge full whack for removal.
  22. By that do you mean black people are the similar demographic, or are you suggesting all her (ex) constituents in Hackney make 2 short planks look like a computer, or both?
