  3. im considering one next...not to sure why as i had like im sure every one else did a badly disapointing debut when they released there first climbing saw...it lasted 4 months before being chucked from a great height any way ive looked at the new 338 and ive been told the faults have been ironed out,its more powerfull, different carb and filter system the spark plug cover stays on and the bars stronger also the carb coller that always split has been redone

  11. I really hate doing reductions with another climber but you 2 seem to have it wired as thats come in looking really good! really like climbing beach thinned one out last friday first one i have climbed in months...bloody lurvely [/img]
  12. marine ply with a roof probably cheaper than ally and can be painted to match.....make them sturdy enough and it comes in handy for the tops of hedges. definietly get a roof if you chip every thing ...if your doing a lot of cross cutting and have not yet got a chipper dont as saw fumes cant escape!

  16. very standard practice in europe is pollarding limes.......i dont really have a problem with it,hell evan if you reduce the by 5% you still get a dormant bud expolosion! its just the way a lot are managed and always have been if its certain other species its pretty crimanal though. Nice pics blinky
  17. As for the fallen they should never be forgot! As winston churchhill said after the battle of britain, never in the field of human conflict has so much been owed by so many to so few...respect to any veteran of war who faught for this country and went through what they did in any theatre of war it makes me mad the amount of disrespect people have
