Gutted to have missed queens of the Stone Age not to sure about there latest album yet but they are on tour again at end of the year if it grows on me ..Rammstein are always awsome live, saw them a few months back in Barcelona, We always stick on du hast or sonne on the drive to a big tree killing job, gets us in the mood lol!

  3. I never really got why crossing branches are the enemy... I have seen plenty of trees held together with natural bracing of course there are obvious exceptions but natural bracing through crossing branches ... How do we all feel on crown raising !?
  4. I only wear gloves in larger trees to avoid rope burn descending and taking swings also help with grip ascending these thinner lines and when its very cold!! Find the Pfanner gloves work really well.
  5. Predominantly ash around here ... It's all down to soil ph.
  6. Uhmm I'm still not sure it's gutless and does not like oiling but having never used a topper this light it replaces a silky ... Not sure if that's a good thin though !

  12. Stihl =crap I have many problems with there latest generation of hedge cutters it actually costs me money to run them 4 out of 5 don't run and I can't even now get spares for them on line so it costs me more money to run around and fix them.. Joke or fact ??

  14. I find the worse thing with them is to run them out of fuel especially when its hot!! The auto tune does not like being starved of fuel. What does the hot start kit comprise of ?

    I think they are finding out more now than they did nearly 60years ago about what really happened, amazing history and respect to any body who was there , went to the cemetery's in Normandy a few years ago and its a humbling experience to see all the graves from both sides who died in the conflict that happened there.

  18. Seen tracked jenson left on the side of the road before could not believe my eyes ... Especially when we have had 4 chippers stolen within 5 miles of the location .
  19. Saw the colours have worked on this tree before and they get deeper as they are exposed to air..unlike yew, definitely worth the time though. Nice elm J ,I looked at some elms today that would of looked great planked but they only wanted the spruce out.
  20. Did some juniper today .. Great colours !
  21. I've seen plenty of gano oaks hollow with massive inversions on remaining stems not fail.. Pruning heavily I can't see why is not ruled out.
