  1. have you still got my number sam? always interested in more work. cheers for leveling my chip pile.
  2. i've got a hobbs, never used the other 2. The hobbs is very easy to use, i do a lot of subbing and even the slowest of groundies understands how to use it. i'd love to try a grcs but the hobbs is great for what I need. where are you based?
  3. the chipper should be on a turn table so it can be loaded from either side for chipping into a trailer.
  4. i like the arrows on the ear muffs so you put it on the right way.
  5. russel has one. he doesn't mind it, few things he isn't too keen on though.
  6. i might be able to get him a barely used 12 month old saw fairly cheap if he is in no massive rush.

  14. my worst was felling an aspen that went sideways and crushed a childs swing. nipped to argos got a new one before the customer came back, had it all set up in the garden same model in the same place. kid comes back sees the knackard swing next to my pick up and wouldn't stop crying.
  15. i had the theme tune from the good the bad and the ugly as my ring tone on my last phone and hyis majesty king raaj by lemon jelly as the alarm.

  19. it might of changed but when i did mine you had to be sponsored by a link up approved contractor. i did my courses in liverpool and manchester, a bit too far north maybe!
  20. £2400 for a 30 foot Goat Willow. £100 pound in wages, half a load of logs and half a load of chip and we were done by 1pm
  21. crabtrees at lupton, just up from the plough. do you know it?
  22. there is a good clay shoot just up the road. think i'll be there before landing up.
  23. hodge is from kendal. he is on holiday this week though. there are plenty of firms round kendal. i'll pm details of who to try for work in the next few days. what brings you to kendal?
