  1. Text colour is alot better now the other one was giving me a headache lol I sporadically get the red blank patch mainly when viewing the photo thread i have to scroll down before the thread starts. Overall it looks good though.
  2. Throwing.....phewwwee.... That's what groundies are for lol Like others have said visualising where you want it to go makes such a difference. Just accept though some days it'll never go right !!
  3. Are yours Dave by far, were the most impressive piles i've ever seen
  4. Hi mate, drop me a PM with your details and I'll look into it next Tuesday.

  6. Well if you ever have an excess give me a shout we'll buy any excess off you
  7. I'm sure if I look hard enough I can find a post on the treehouse damning the green oval and singing the praises off a certain Nissan lol Nice motors mate I'm envious lol
  8. What do you do with your chip now then mate ?
  9. As Frimsley said there is no legal definition, just phone up the commision and get the lazy buggers to come out.
  10. Depends on the size of the pile and the location.
  11. Start stockpiling Dean, as long as we can get an artic in I'll buy it off you.
  12. Dean I'm up there tomorrow but hopefully Pete has spoken to you by know.
  13. Will speak to Pete and get him to liase with you Dean
  14. Up to 18 months in some cases, a wagon load is 27ton and that's not as bigger pile as you'd think. As for price it depends where you are, how good it is, and which market i'd send it to.
  15. The important thing to remember is the chip we produce as tree surgeons is virtually useless for anything other than the big installations. However if you are a small biz you maybe able to stock pile a percentage of your chip for small scale local schemes but this is probably unrealistic, it's a waste product to you and i really wouldn't invest to much time or money in trying to shift it as you'll never see a return.
  16. I'll buy your chip off you now Dean if you can stock pile a couple of wagon loads. Very little goes abroad at the moment, we struggle to find enough chip as it is without sending any abroad. I'm popping up to see Mr Mctree next week if you want me to pop in and have a chat with you as well while i'm in the area ?
  17. Don't bet on it Dean, they'll only deal through the big boys which means you'll still be lumped with selling it through somebody like AHS or Jenkinsons. If you can produce good quality woodchip and store it your better off trying to market it locally than flog it to the big boys. Just my opinion. There are lots of small schemes around your area but you must have the right quality product.
  18. No, not at all lol :001_tongue:001_cool:
  19. More wood for me to chip Dave
  20. Found a few more pics on my 400D
  21. Nice work Dean but i'd have been up that tree before you had the mewp off the trailer lol
  22. Don't mind him it's his breeding lol
