  1. It was wind blown. It sat up when the top was taken off
  2. Yep it’s unmistakably a gob. What I’m trying to work out is at what point it was made, before or after the trunk sat up.
  3. You’re right there. one of my biggest gripes is how they use Instagram and Twitter comments to buffer out their articles, with such twaddle as…. one user wrote ‘blah blah blah’, whilst another said ‘blah blah blah’. i instantly click out when I see that. Why do they honestly think anyway cares what Karen or Rick have to say?
  4. They are already trying to hound out the new leaders before they are even in power. Can’t say I’m a fan of either of these 2, but don’t quite see why they are using this line from truss as ammo, she’s basically right Liz Truss said British workers needed 'more graft' and lacked skill of foreign rivals, leaked audio reveals APPLE.NEWS A leaked audio recording has revealed Liz Truss said British workers needed "more graft" and lacked the "skill and...
  5. The hedge on the other side of the road was flattened so I think the trunk sat up after they removed the crown
  6. I’d love to know what went on with this wind blown tree. The props and use of an abandoned roadworks sign scream farmer to me though
  7. Aspartame is in loads of stuff. As already mentioned its generally in stuff that is touted as healthy or sugar free. Heres a challenge for you. Next time you're grocery shopping try and find a bottle of squash that doesnt contain Aspartame.
  8. Almost identical to my recipe with the exception of ginger and greek yoghurt added into the slow cooker
  9. Well thanks for all the tips and tricks. Got the playground finished; will do the raised beds when it cools down a bit!
  10. How much do bartletts charge for something like this? I think you need to take into consideration what your next step would be if it turned out they were poisoned. I’d imagine it would be next to impossible to prove it was the work of your neighbours.
  11. Here you go Tom, get yourself on here https://arbtalk.co.uk/find-a-freelancer/
  12. New feature alert. Are you a freelancer and on the look out for more work? Add your location and services to our new find a freelancer feature for free. I'm not advertising this beyond Arbtalk just yet as there may be a few tweaks to be made. Please provide any feedback for any areas you feel could be improved. 13. Make a job post with more info here https://arbtalk.co.uk/forums/forum/20-employment/
  14. Both. You have put a <p> tag on every line
  15. You have some strange line breaks going on here
  16. Things aren’t looking good. Hopefully it’s just down to people spending £2000 a week for a caravan in Cornwall and next month will be better. Hang in there
  17. Carr’s Billington Safety this month welcomes Chris Jakeman to the team as the new Southern Account Manager. With over 10 years of sales experience in the running and outdoor sectors, Chris will be looking after the sales, support, and customer service for all products available from Carr’s Billington Safety in southern England and Wales as well as supporting national accounts. As an experienced mountaineer and rock climber Chris will draw on his knowledge and experience of height and rope safety in his new role. Outside of work, Chris loves to keep active in the outdoors. Rock climbing and mountaineering have played a role in shaping his passion for outdoor sports. Chris competes in endurance sports including triathlons, marathons and swim challenges. This year, he has completed the Ride London 100-mile cycle and is taking part in the London Classics, Swim Serpentine 2-mile swim and London Marathon in October. Neil Thomas, Commercial Manager at Carr’s Billington Safety, comments on Chris joining the team: “We’re delighted to have Chris on board. His enthusiasm for all things outdoors along with his in-depth technical knowledge of height and rope equipment will prove valuable with brands in our portfolio, including Climbing Technology.”
  18. I said this to a debt collector once, his reply ‘you’d be surprised how much blood my guys can get out of a stone’ 😀
  19. There’s a right and a wrong way to go about your seo. Please stop this
  20. You actually took the time to go on the citizens advice website over this? 🙄
  21. No one’s had problems with Skyland except for one guy who refused to wear a mask. I suggest if you’re not happy then cancel your order and shop elsewhere. You come across as a bit ‘entitled’, they don’t have much control of their goods once it’s in the couriers hands
  22. If you’re looking for wood to process into logs yourself you can add yourself here https://arbtalk.co.uk/recycling
  23. Happy to talk anytime Michael
  24. Just wondering how you would categorise your niche service? Might have something in the pipeline that would be ideal for you to promote this
