  1. Yep rapalaman pretty much covered it all (thanks). It’s not an on-demand service, you’ll get them when you get them
  2. You can add yourself as a tip site here https://arbtalk.co.uk/recycling
  3. Meanwhile our enemies rub their hands with glee while we deplete all our munitions Ukraine war: Western allies say they are running out of ammunition APPLE.NEWS The UK and Nato say ammunition production must be ramped up so Ukraine can defend itself against Russia.
  4. Some different cloud formations this evening
  5. Good question, perhaps we will find out when we see the video. Theres always a video.
  6. If you’re stupid enough to think you can fell one of the most famous trees in England and get away with it you’re probably not clever enough to do it without leaving a trace
  7. I’m sure that will he quite feasible. Also be easy to match what chain oil was used although that wouldn’t be conclusive in itself
  8. Do a bit of research on niwaki techniques. Basically large scale bonsai
  9. Found a chainsaw at the home of a former lumberjack? Fancy that
  10. We used to live in a world where people used to do stuff like this purely out of the goodness of their hearts, unfortunately these days it’s more likely just for Instagram hits/social media stunts
  11. I get that, but there’s not much need really. If a sling is too long double wrap it. Only time I’d want to be able to adjust something precisely would be to cinch up on a spar where i wanted a retrievable anchor
  12. Of course if its not retreivable half the hardware is basically redundant. You could achieve the same thing with one pulley and a suitably rated sling.
  13. Just arbtalk? The internet in general isn’t really the place for sensitive people these days unfortunately. Don’t tarnish arbtalk with that brush 🤦🏻‍♂️
  14. No not viable. Replace the karabiner with a steel pear shaped mallion that you can crank up tight then maybe
  15. Stihl do one though, just saying
  16. The majority of cleaners use a Henry, that should tell you all you need
  17. Yes
  18. I had a hakki pilke 1x37 for several years. I'd say it was pretty good for arb waste but only due to the fact that the guarding was minimal and easily removed. The later models are a different animal I believe. Choose a machine which is easily accessible as you will spend a fair amount of time maneuovering pieces and having to straighten up bits in the splitter bay compared to cutting poles.
  19. Absolute nonsense. We can...it just takes 5 times longer.
  20. Don't worry, Northumberland Park Authority have a clear handle on the situation and have already concluded that it was felled on purpose rather than accidentally. Northumberland National Park Authority officials believe the tree, known as Robin Hood's Tree, was "deliberately felled" and asked people to stay away.
  21. I mean overdue could be partially due to all the protests for one!
  22. Did warn you not to expect the apf
  23. sometimes the small shows can be more enjoyable, less pressure, more time to actually talk to people, and a few solid leads can be more beneficial that a ton from price shoppers.
  24. Can’t blame the police for not wanting to do the job really. bit of a tough one though. Chris Kaba case: Soldiers on standby as armed police hand in guns APPLE.NEWS Soldiers are on standby to protect Britain from terror attacks after firearms officers handed in their guns over a decision to...
  25. Yes, still approximately twice as hard as you though
