  1. I've been smoking on and off for the past 5 years after previously having given up for 10 years...stupid. Currently off and fingers crossed will stay that way as my fitness is really suffering lately. Don't drink much beer these days but do like my red wine, trying to limit that to 2 bottles a week at the moment though
  2. Any idea why? Perhaps you wasn't eating enough? I'm fine, but eating regularly is very important I think
  3. Scuse my ignorance, what are ley lines?
  4. Thanks! I put loads of effort into presentation when im just feeding myself Tasted just fine!
  5. Back on the paleo and thought I'd make myself an omelet for dinner. 4 eggs, 1 courgette, half an onion, half a red pepper, 2 red chilli peppers and 2 sausages chopped. It came out exactly as I imagined!
  6. Paul, is this for everyone? Personally I don't see the need for someone who is climbing daily to practise aerial rescue that regularly, it's pretty straight forward stuff with often the hardest but getting up to the casualty is an acceptable timeframe. For ground staff who have an aerial rescue ticket but not much experience actually climbing, that's a different matter
  7. I started off coiling as well but a bag makes more sense. If you're only climbing a 20ft tree you just feed whatever rope you used back in. If you're coiling you have to do the whole rope from scratch
  8. Rope bags for me every time. Prefer the ones with backpack straps on also
  9. Actually I have run the odd tank on petrol on the odd occasion that I ran out of aspen on site, had no issues with tuning or anything
  10. Stihl running on aspen here but only on my toppers, I get zero running problems now but can't honestly say if that's due to the ms201 being more reliable in general that the old ms200
  11. Good work. I must have missed the story behind the first one
  12. I saw him live at Ipswich, had never heard of him prior to that so wasn't sure what to expect. It was a good night
  13. Nice job mate. If you have a fire at your yard stick one of those hollow rings on it laid on its side, then chuck some meat in the hollow...makes an awesome little furnace for cooking
  14. Can't beat a bit of speed lining, well done. What's the speed line rope you're using?
  15. You won't go far wrong with the tachyon, its a lovely rope
  16. Thats pretty impressive Lazarus
  17. 2006 was the year to buy by the looks of it. Its still lower than it was though
  18. Are they even doing examinations in the uk anymore? http://www.isa-arboriculture.org/
