  5. The sites clean I believe. The link somehow picked up a dodgy script. I've deleted it.
  6. When I was about 14 me and a mate heard that a gypsy at the local site would buy eels. We spent all day trying to catch them thinking we we going to make a mint. We only caught one, biked 3 miles to the site and found the old boy who was delighted. He then started going from caravan to caravan asking if anyone could lend him 10 bob. Neither of us had a clue what 10 Bob was till he gave it to us. A disappointing days work
  7. amazing agility, how did it get on top of the swingset?
  8. i'm not a carver, but after seeing your very reasonable rental prices have bookmarked your site, thanks.
  9. Yes they are used in SRT but along with a rope wrench which puts the necessary bite in the rope to control decent. You could in theory decend without this bite but would have to do so very slowly and carefully, certainly not best practice
  10. even with a zigzag you should really use a fig8. Its just not designed for that sort of decent on a single line.
  11. Used a pair of these this week for some 880 work Timberland Pro Vibstop1 Gloves (Anti Vibration) 2055508 - MammothWorkwear.com I actually found them to cause more fatigue to my forearms as I was having to grip harder, possibly because the gloves were a size too large for me maybe.
  12. Just take it out of the £500 you had set aside for the school minibus Jon.
  13. Quite a big drop from the cutting deck to the splitting bay, yet all the logs seems to dropping and landing right for splitting. Has the video been cut or is there some clever wizadry in the design thats aiding this?
  14. I wish i could afford the disk space mate. I'm almost to capacity at the moment just with image attachments!
  15. Haha, it finally happened Mark, you have your very own stalker
  16. sorry, yes I meant for tree work. A friend lent me one a few months ago when I was decorating the house...for that it came in handy. I didn't strop myself to the wall while I was painting though, is this acceptable?
