have you tried getting in contact with the big utility companies...fountains for example? they are always posting on here for contractors

<p>yep the plymouth address would be fine. Giving your son your details to buy the tickets would be better. I am not suppose to receive any funds directly for the raffle, it all has to go through the charity, thats how I avoid needing to obtain a license to hold it.</p>
