  1. I consider that more of a mullering than a reduction
  2. Closest I came to making a reduction video. Old and low quality
  3. reductions don't make particularly exciting videos!
  4. Yes the generic ones are broke, been looking into that most of the day
  5. Well.... Part of it is due to the 'youth of today' for sure, I mean who wants a manual labour job these days? But lets consider another aspect that rarely gets considered....US! With very few exceptions, most tree surgeons seem to be of a similar ilk and share very similar character flaws. Maybe we expect too much. Discuss
  6. Same. One of the main reasons I gave up trying to run my own gig, couldn't deal with it. I had a couple of good lads on and off but generally it was just a nightmare. Just about every company I subbed to was the same. With the odd exception, staff was usually the biggest headache. And the bigger you get the worse it is. I spoke to one company, not massive in business terms, but they had 25 people work for them. They once told me there wasn't a single day of the year when there wasn't at least one person off for one reason or another.
  7. Back end of the tooth
  8. Literally everyone!
  9. You're on the wrong site i'm afraid Charles. No professional is going to be interested in coming and cleaning up that mess for you for free. Best bet would be on a Facebook local site...but even then, good luck.
  10. Nz dollar isn’t worth a lot is it? One of my developers is from New Zealand. He usually invoices me in US dollars but accidentally invoiced me in NZ dollars a few months ago. He was quick to rectify his mistake, but not as quick as I was to pay the original invoice ?

  15. Not sure if it will work with the bollard actually, waiting to hear
  16. I love the 2001, does everything that I have ever needed it to do. Never had the need to winching abilities when lowering. Anything requiring something like would typically end up being a crane job anyway.
  17. When you apply for the job i'm sure you will find out. Oh wait, you have no intention of applying for this job you say?
  18. That’s some tip
  19. Mark, i'm going to be selling some hitch locks very shortly, just waiting on pricing confirmation. I'm not 100% sure but I believe one of them may just work for you.
  20. sports massage was the thing that kept me going for years. Inbetween that I would see an osteopath here and there. Ultimately I decided to just stop climbing rather than knacker myself up even more.
  21. From the pics i'd guess at a hybrid black, but hard to say. I'd like to fell that leaning one though ?
  22. The worst is when they come outside with a cup of tea in their hand to have a chat
  23. Update, we now have a massive 1300 tip sites
