  1. I almost want to get a thorn so I can give it a try, i'm sceptical!
  2. Just saw this on Facebook. Wonder if it works for thorns! This is genius ?? Kids got a splinter? Grab the calpol box and take out the syringe? that comes with it! Make sure it’s clean obviously! Put the small hole at the bottom of the syringe as best you can over the splinter. Once you know your above it, make sure the syringe is touching the skin-and pull! Make sure there’s no gaps otherwise you won’t get it! The syringe will more than likely pull it out in the first go! Pain free, no tugging and pulling, and no little ones upset or scared at getting it out! Don’t pull slowly! You need to pull rather quickly! If it’s a stubborn splinter, just do this a couple of times! Saves so much time, and well worth seeing the kids smile at the end of it rather than red faces and tears! Because the plastic is clear, you can check what’s been taken out of the skin! Best parent hack to date! Pass it on mums and dads?❤️
  3. I was hoping for something a little more refined ?

  5. Hmmm it is still under warranty, might be worth a call
  6. @Mark Bolam yes I know losing weight might help before you chime in
  7. My first complaint about the new shape navara (@Big J will be happy ?), the leather on the side of the drivers seat is starting to deteriorate. I always felt from new that the leather didn’t seem as high quality as it’s Predecessor. I have never kept a truck as long as this one, although it’s still only done 65,000 miles. What would you do to prevent this getting worse? I was thinking perhaps a spot of superglue might do the trick?
  8. Yeah she’s brilliant, thanks for asking
  9. There are Mac versions of more software available. I use gimp myself

  13. Well....not that I’m bored out of my mind but just had to share the amount of difference in the contents of a can of branstons compared to Heinz beans. Tomorrow I might even count them
  14. Lush lamb cutlets from local farm
  15. Sycamore, Willow, Maple, Willow Maybe ?
  16. Seems a shame that we can’t fill those white bits
  17. After dabbling with different ingredients in my omelettes I’ve discovered the secret ingredient is everything
  18. Kernmantle is generally rock climbing rope. Unlike arb rope, most of the strength is in the core
  19. Didn't realise they did hand held hydraulic saws I just thought they were on machines, wood processors and forestry head on diggers etc Quite common in America I believe, rigged in to the bucket truck hydraulics
