A great success!

So, yesterday was a great success. I have been running my own business now for 23 months and am loving it. For the past 3 months it has been non stop manic, and I've been finding it difficult to manage to fit everything in. On average I'm working from 5.30 am to 10.30 pm everyday, (as I'm sure lots of others on here are). Now, on Wednesday I decided to send my two guys out to do the two jobs on their own to allow me to look at numberous jobs. This is the first I've had the balls to do it! They did a fantastic job on both of them and I've had phone calls from the customer to say so.

At the age of (21 next month) I feel it is a really big jump to have two guys out completing the jobs before schedule and still maintaining a professional image for the company. I am planning on sending them both out again at least once a week to undertake work to allow me more time to price jobs up and complete paperwork etc. Thank you Ben & Sam - top work lads.

Nice work I'm 25 and only have one full time employee and that's stressful enough! So fair play to you. Out of interest how did you find your two guys? Been thinking about getting someone part time as well now so I have more time to do admin etc

5.30am till 10.30pm - geez. It's property price inflation that's killed it. People never used to have to slog their guts out to live comfortably.
