Erm, point being, Putin thinks he can get away with murder, its up to us/the West to bring the dick back down to earth.  

 

what better way than to steal off him as he's stole off others to drive the point home.. as to nuclear war, we threaten to us them, just as he has..  in the case of Kaliningrad, we let him know we intend to use em, not just threaten to use them..
