It certainly seems like the “evidence” (and a sympathetic judge) can be conjured up when there is the “desire” for a specific judicial outcome...

 

Shame on SCC for creating the situation. 

 

Shame on FC for being too weak to prosecute. 

 

Shame on us all for allowing incompetent politicians to exist in a protected bubble of unaccountability.

If ever in this position just act polite ,apologetic and willing...then give any name you want and do not show any id as you do not have to unless they think your lying and then they may get a pcso more commonly known as  CHIMPS Can`t Help In Most Police Situations...there is usually no problem if they think your a willing muppet, make sure you say sorry as you walk away knowing nothing will come of it.
