Why would the Sun need to photoshop photos to show the French military patrolling beaches etc? There are thousands of photos online showing this.... When you go to the beach do you keep your kids on a leash? The state of emergency lasted something like two years. You really saying you wouldn't take your kids to a beach for two years?

Do you think this one is photoshopped as well?

When the scummy sun would hack into DEAD soldiers voicemails to publish their names 1st to sell papers I highly doubt they would be against a bit of photoshopping to sell papers!

Think about that, hacking into a DEAD persons voicemail to profit!

You really should step back and take a look at yourself.

There is no shadow cast from the kid, strange that, does the physical sun work different in France?

I take it you don’t have kids?

If I was on a beech in a state of emergency with armed guards patrolling then I would be at the side of my kids the whole time!

Im not disputing there was a state of emergency but again your lack of concentration to understand is pathetic so again your missing the point.

What do do you think the public reaction would be to a high terror alert and state of emergency ..... oh I know let’s go to the beech where we are vulnerable to an attack with nowhere for cover!

Those 3 universities did really well with you.

He was an insightful thinker. You don't have to agree with everything he said to appreciate some of his observations.

Surely he has that completely the wrong way around? Anyone that believes in God has the potential to believe in anything. If you believe in one God then it's easier to believe in about 3000 other Gods, and if you believe in them then you can believe in anything.

I don't believe in God but I do believe the captain of my flight can get me to my holiday destination safely. I just don't believe saying a little prayer before take off will make any difference whatsoever.

Ricky Gervais, Stephen Fry, Hugh Laurie and Rowan Atkinson among many other talented people have far better things to say about religion.

Edit: Pat Condell

This guy needs some self-awareness.

Sure, there are plenty of left-leaning people who can't abide hearing alternative points of view, who exaggerate, and who can't allow for nuances in complex situations.  But this isn't a left-wing phenomenon: bigotry can be heard from certain preachers for any political stand-point.  This guy typifies this.

Also, "progressives" has a particular meaning, I think he means "liberals" or "politically correct" or something like that, but in this context "progressives" is just wrong.  He's using it, wholly inaccurately, like a term of abuse.  He might as well say "poofters".

Well trolled! A bit rich coming from the biggest master baker on here.

Lucky shot by the photographer I guess, just happened be on a beach where there was a lone child and four soldiers walked past...

Bloody lucky break for the cameraman I'd say....  He even got the shadow of a Jihadi gunman hiding in the bushes

I don't think those images are photoshopped, but I'm not sure what point is being made by posting them (repeatedly).  The French government declared a state of emergency and deployed their soldiers in their towns (and beaches, apparently) - so what?

Some people were saying we should accept more asylum seekers into the UK. I used the photos to demonstrate that French society is starting to look a bit rubbish due to the number of third world migrants they had.... Some people here then said the photos were photoshopped (I'm glad you agree they aren't).

I know I'll be called a "racist" for saying this. However I don't want to live in a society where families on a beach need to be protected by armed soldiers.....

No wonder people are getting sick of mass immigration into Europe. I bet no government politicians or officials live in Lisdoonvarna:

'Locals in Lisdoonvarna, Co Clare, who attended a public meeting this week, have voted overwhelmingly to reject Government plans to accommodate 115 asylum seekers in the town.'

According to Independent.ie the town has a population of 300.

'He said the 115 asylum seekers would increase the 300-strong population of Lisdoonvarna by 38pc'

Madness.
