Why two reports? Doesn't make sense to me to do this from the start. Two reports could say completely different things, without either being right or wrong, as it will come down to the interpretation of the person writing the report!

It says 2 arbs reporting rather than 2 reports. Confused? You will be after......:laugh1:

Let the neighbour (and possibly the tree officer) have a go on the swing. They're just being grumpy because no one's invited them round....

Unless the customer has been particularly disgraceful to the tree, this sounds more like a case for informal advice and a note on system to confirm investigated and not in public interest to pursue.

:thumbup: sounds like a job I got sent to for the council, go take this swing down, I've got two hours, went and had a good play on it, then almost forgot to take it down!
