I am in the market for an alpine tractor. It will be for personal use only, bit of mowing, bit of firewood extraction and processing, bit of snow clearing, bit of rotovating the veg patch ! Will probably only see 3-400 hours use a year. I am going to buy new, and have about a 10k budget, so looking at one of the smaller ones, 30-35hp.

The AGT ones look very basic which is appealing for reliability and futureproofing. The Carrera ones look a lot more refined, but not everything I have read on the internet is good with reference to reliability. The AGT is articulated steering and the Carrera is front steering only.

If it was your money and you were going to buy this type of tractor, which one would you buy and why ?

Our local dealer ( Beddoes Machinery ) sells Branson tractors, well worth a look at they are good spec & value

This machine is owned by one of our customers. He lives in Bremen, German. On his website some more pictures: https://www.baumfaellung-osmer-bremen.de/baumfaellung-und-gartenarbeiten

He also has some nice movies on his youtubechannel. One in combination with a heizo hack drumchipper and also in combination with our stumpgrinders (the model SC550H(demonstration) AND the SC550H XL, which he bought after the demo:https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCVdnFT5wfH7PUO9LqzFTEow

Really impressed with that set up for being so compact. Thanks for sharing 👍

7,500 from riko. I wouldn't and couldn't recommend using them. Poor coustomer care. Sold with no pto sent with no manual. Pto was a further 400 quid. I expect better when spending that sort of money. Go straight votex.

Riko have since been in contact with me and have sorted out our initial problems. We both have excepted mistakes where made. The outcome is I will now deal with them again for a future perchase. I would like to thank Callum for his time and understanding of our concerns.
