If you want some repairs to the roof of your industrial unit, then I suppose you could call in McConnell Industrial Roofing Contractors (sign written van in vid). What a loon! The way it was rocking around with him up a ladder right underneath it. Then he stacks in on the way down right in the drop zone. As someone said above, it is surprising more people aren't killed doing doing these kind of things. All that to save a few £££ on getting a pro in.

I dont think he fell off ladder, i rekon he jumped. He saw top was about to go and started down ladder pretty sharpish, he was half way down the ladder when the tree creaked again and he thought it was about to go which is when he bailed. Thats how i saw it anyway. Doesn't make it any better.
