Back problems are generally caused by lifting things, if your fit and strong you should not really have major issues from carrying your own frame around a tree, IMO.

 

Year before last I had back problems, nothing horrendous, but a nasty ache like tooth ache in my left side. After 18 months I went for an MRI, my back is in good shape for a 45 year old, thats after 20 years of climbing.

 

Fortunately my back has now settled down and is giving me no issues, as they say "Time is a great healer" :thumbup1:

I just see guys relating their own personal experience :001_smile:

 

Not sure I've ever seen an osteopath up a tree.

 

I'm always wary of any profession that acknowledge they are still "practicing":001_huh:
