Rather poorly cherrypicker, ended up with engine and gearbox going off to be reconditioned all because of a 16quid spiggat bairing failing [emoji24]

when the Spiggat bairing in gear box went and chewed up the crank Shaft so engine needs taking apart to fix so decided to have it reconditioned while it's in bits

Is it not just a brass bush or bearing in end of crank its knackered?

Not the first weld that has failed on the machine! Forst st8 bracket that holds the hydraulic oil filter on, its seeping oil out and tomorrow we will have the welding guy in to try and sort it out.

 

It’s wearing a bit thin (my patience)
