That happened to mine once,

as I was using a busy petrol station forecourt to do a U-turn!

Just managed to get it back to the yard.... If you can't fix it with a couple of ratchet straps it really is broken :)

Hydraulic ram on the mog 3pt linkage gave way.... Job was going great until now 😩👎

 

How did you get on cleaning the spilled oil, the scrotes and ambulance chasers of slip and trip litigation LTD can be a nightmare.

 

Still its not like they can read a road sign and find out where it was, no wait,,,,,,,,,,,:laugh1:

I think there is about six cube of spill kit in the back of the Mog :laugh1:

unusual one today went to change the pin and bushes in the end of thr dipper on my digger and the pin was split in the middle not sure how this could have happened as the break is almost exactly in the middle as an owner driver I am never sore on it and the bushes were not seized or worn and were still tight in the end of the dipper

 

Sandy I have only ever seen that sort of fracture in a pin when a machine is used with one of those hydraulic breakers.

I managed to get some specially prepared absorbent spillage compound. Apparently ash chip is the best thing for this kind of spillage. 😘

may have been broken when I got it there was always a bit of play in it ans meant to see to it for a while now was not caused by me by a breaker as I dont have one pin sheared through the grease hole
