as a turner i generate alot of cubic meters over the year and have modified my extractor to dump it straight into a wheelie bin, when its full up it goes to a guy who farms chickens. the dust from the saw goes to the tip but some has gone to people with composting loo's.

I've put about 80 cube on the farmers **** heap so I'll be gutted if someone sais yes it's the only waste product I can't find a market for not that I've tried that hard

have you tried any local livestock hauliers, they have to use it for welfare purposes. I use my own in my stock trailers and it makes it so much easier to wash out.

Long shavings like those that come from a plane are wanted for horse/small animal bedding. Dust is only good for chickens maybe pigs. I always just use to give it away. It was always going that way. I know a guy who sells the saw dust from his processor for 50p a bag and that sells.
