Big question?? Add up the nations input and output, simple arithmetic surely. England, Scotland, wales, Northern Ireland. There will be many variables but everyone seems to know what Scotland owes??

 

 

Over how many years? I've no idea what any of the nations "owe" of the debt. Maybe we should have a referendum to see if we want the scots to stay?

The Eastern Europeans do it because the Brits can have an easier lifestyle relying on the welfare state - that is wrong. As is demonising young people who will leave their homes and families to do hard work in poor conditions for low wages.

Mull29 I couldn't tell you what Scotland owes. We know how much Scotland would be short "in income terms" but thats not the same thing as anyone's share of the national debt. breffni, there's been a bit of an oil crisis and an almost halving of the price in the last few months or so..
