395xp or 3120, undecided.

I would say it's 60/40 to the 395! Would love a 3120 but it sounds like it may be too big for everyday work and is too big an invesment to be sat in the shed for months on end, whilst the 395 would be a

Much more versatile, user friendly saw.

It would be a no brainer if I didn't have to potentially cut this up.... That's my 181 with 28inch bar being dwarfed by it!

Once your 395 is out of warranty get spud to open it up port it advance timing ect and it will be the only saw you need.

I ran mine side by side ringing up big hardwood butts against a 880 on a 36" the other week and the 395 performed noticeably better.

I've a 390 on a 28 and it did fine on most of this one

But sometimes wish I'd saved a bit more for the 395 to get a bit more bar length

 

Aye but I felled it with 660 and 28" bar. After I dismantled it over listed wall etc......:001_tt2::001_tt2:
