51 in April and still in reasonable shape.

Though my avatar piccy is my spine that was rebuilt 4 years ago.

3 screws and 2 ceramic plates holding me together now but no sciatica anymore.

Still get bored if I'm not working and have a very low tolerance of fools and brown nose kiss ass's.

Wake up at least thee times a night.

Can't remember what I opened the fridge door for?

Think I'm eligible for this club 👍

Did I mention my last Physical, aged about 53, revealed I had a Metabolic age of 72.

And a fasting Cholestrol of 10.75.

I chortled with glee, cause,

assuming I get fitter, and bring my metabolic age into line with my actual age,

I will still fair be fit to Bonk into my eighties,

Extraolating from my present performance when handicapped with a metabolic age of 72

Ye Ha!

an folks think I am a gloom bugger, never seeing the silver linings etc.

Course i could drop dead of a massive stroke or Cornary,

but hell i will die Happy,

and have repeatedly told the wife so to inform the Ambulence staff

if the occassion so arises:lol::lol:

cheers

M
