Eddy they are good chippers if they were as bad as you say no one would of brought them though and as with any chipper with worn out rollers and blunt blades they are useless.. I've used jensons greenmechs and schliesings a well maintained and sharp 150 would run rings around in out put and chipping ability all day.

For a second I was thinking you was man machine matty ;-)

It's like anything, you get goodns and baduns. Just look at scoda years ago a laffing joke and now a leading car manufacturer because they listens and improved which I guess is what timberwolf are doing, good for them.

Every time a manufacturer raises the bar others have to follow which can only be good for us as consumers/uses of these machines making it easier and more afficiant to do what we do!

if theres one thing timberwolf has always been good at, its taking in large timber. I'd rather see brash going through :001_smile:

 

Its takes brash very well.

 

Been using it today on multiple jobs, at least 8 different species (all hardwood).

 

Done a back to back comparison with an ST6 and its a tough call.
