There is an old Turkish saying that goes something like,'I used to complain I had no shoes, 'til I saw a man with no feet.'

I'm not making that post to belittle the stresses I know people feel. Stress is a strange and misunderstood beast that manifests itself in so many different ways.

Reflexology was and is a way I have of keeping grounded. Also a herbal tea called bedtime tea. It has camomile and other stuff in it. Try a box for a couple of weeks and see how you sleep. It's amazing. It just helps the brain wind down a bit. I've even bought boxes of it for staff members.

I use it every night. Shame it doesn't stop the kids from waking me up though. Easy to get back to sleep.

i like that 1, i will try the tea:thumbup1:

Well I should be going through the most stressful time, trying to run the company and sort out a new place at the same time. I seem to be coping well at the moment. I'm working a silly amount of hours but I think it's helping me keep control of everything. I've found this great simple computer programme that you can put things down on lists, change colours for priority jobs, link things together etc.... I'll post it up later it's helped me work hints out.

This thread has reminded me I need to book a massage.:001_smile:

Looks good that Justin.

I've been working late doing final amends for new website which should be launched in October - has been 18 months in the concept/building...

Had a very busy summer - the last big push of getting noticed with wood and furniture. One of the things I've finally learnt is you can't do it all. Prioritise and focus is the key....

It's too easy to blip from one job to another when you're tired. Work out the priorities and do them, everything else can wait until they become the priorities.

Very stressed at the moment, seriously thinking of packing this in and moving away. Life seems to be a constant 1 step forward 2 stumbles back and its starting to grate. Craving change and a holiday.

i know that feeling , i decided to dig deep and ride out the rough times , yes it seems like its never ending but you will come out the other side . is there a specific issue or ?
