Yeah jensons are really well built! ImageUploadedByArbtalk1387789300.787643.jpg.a94af570a5dbfc494dec286881ee0a6b.jpg

I know three guys who work with them and they hate them with a passion and would take a wolf any day of the week out over the jenson.

The wolfs sub 750kg is a plus, there are plenty of dogs out there though of both machines, what ever you buy make sure you replace the bearings anvils and blades and belts and it should be tight .. It should be tight on a machine with less hours any way.

My. Jensen did the same, with the earlier style drawbar. At the same place. But I've seen similar age TWs do the same. I've had a lot of structural welding done on mine, and it's ok, for now. Best way is to inspect any machine thoroughly rather than hope theyre going to last forever. If I bought another machine it would probably be a TW, they're around the corner from me. Tbh, can't see me replacing the Jensen though.

Hooning over Speed Bumps did that to the Chassis.Abuse and Machine and it will fail.

I have had Jensen Chippers for six years, own two and owned one prior to it being stolen. They are a good quality, well built machine that requires no special maintenance other than the normal.

They cost more than Timberwolfs, because they cost more to make.

Yeah, and that's a really well looked after machine!

My a530 just turned 200hrs and I've used a tracked 540 a lot, Ive worked with most sized wolfs and the equivalent jens is a far superior bit of kit.
