Keeping "match fit"

I don't get to climb for several months of the year and then when I go back to it I am obviously very out of shape and it hurts!!

Can anyone recommend exercises that would help keep the climbing specific muscles a bit toned.... i'm not sure if just doing endless chin ups would cover it.

Kettlebells will get you strong, if you can do endless chin ups You'll be strong enough though.

Bet i couldn't do 5 now!
