As in which model transit or which model tipper? if you can find a rwd reanault master tipper with the 2.5 td engine then they are a really strong bus that can carry and tow a good load(cheap too). Iveco daily's are popular but don't have any experience with them. Transit wise it depends on age or budget really. I had a crew cab smiley tipper for firewood deliveries and with 2.5 td engine they are strong but suffer from age related rot.

I couldn't go back to a single cab because I couldn't stand constantly loading and unloading kit.

My DC is racked out but there is still plenty of wasted space and weight.

The best setup is probably lockable tool boxes behind the bulkhead on a single cab.

Best option as a single cab will have more payload also as a toolbox will weigh less than a crew cab. Single wheels usually have more payload too but dont carry asmuch in the real world as a twin wheel.

A roller shutter tool box is the ticket. Measure your cab and keep your eyes peeled :)

We have a Land Rover 130 single cab tipper. Payload of 1.5 tonnes & 3.5 tow limit - does what it says on the tin!

Sent from my iPad using Arbtalk mobile app

Put 1.5 tones in that and you'll know it! I had one and collected 1.3 tonne of soil,

20 mph all the way home. Good towers. Very poor load carriers.

Not on a good one with helper springs, been picking up full legal loads and driving them about 10miles every day for the past 3 weeks in mine, no problem at al. Got another 15 tonnes to do this week.

Having said tgat if you dont need (want?) To take it offroad its probably quite low down the list of tipper choices.
