Where is the public safety factor? I see no shops.

Well its not fully exposed to the public, but in the day i was there 10 to 12 people walked/ran by the tree. the field is used a lot by the public as a footpath. So its pretty busy.

Good practice to climb and cut big limbs but you had nothing to mis should of put something under neath. But what escape route had you got when felling butt allso limbs are spread out and you have a bigger area to clear up. Learning is good fun.

Good work though Tommy, that tree was a biggun alright.

 

The firewootastic in me was thinking, bag that one and leave some scabby old poplar for the bugs and beasties.:laugh1:
