Heated handles r good this time of year , have acouple of 066 , run 20,25 36" bars with the long bar your cutters need to be spot on , personally think 36" is a long bar for that saw ... You can borrow one with bars if you want and see if its for you :)

tried one.... way to loud... headache material...

 Big girl

On a serious note, they are a little louder, but the performance is a big improvement & I find the note of a 560xp as loud if not more so

066 would trash the lot of them but given your choices I'd go for the 395. The new 660 seems underpowered and cheap to me. Heated handles are good if you can get them on the model you go for, helps with long term effects of vibration

The 66 has not changed for many, many years, hence the old screw caps.

Hi there, may be in the market for a new 85-95cc saw, would be wanting to runs a 36" bar on this. Looking to buy new not second hand. To possibly replace a 064 stihl

YES i have tried the search engine... but it doesn't pick up on saw models etc.....

When buying a saw of this size, should i possibly look at heated handles? not used heated handles before but only a little extra to have them...

I'm usually a stihl man, and have used a 660 with a 36" bar etc.... not used a husky of this size....

Cheers Chris

Got a 390 on a 28" bar and a 395 on a 36" bar . Can't fault them . ( both got twin port mufflers ) . Not tried the 660 though I understand its pretty good .
