re agriculture workers being affected when i did my spraying course the lecturer was saying that many spray operators did not follow the proper ppe. also there filters in tractors had not been checked or serviced. can see if that is the case why they would be getting side effects. council workers with cda sprayers no ppe .when i asked o its safe .even with a cda i would still wear ppe. irs a chemical. bt like all chemical. hate the stuff and if i did not have to spray i would not. i try and get round having to use any of it. seeing the effects on weeds when the council spray the kerbs total waste of time and money weeds still growing. i just strim them gown hard and do it again when they grow. its like nitrate on soil due to its use it has had a effect on watercourses so is now regulated.

Don't take this so called institute too seriously. They are a pressure group run by a claimed professor at the Open University (who have no knowledge of her). They don't do serious science, but scare mongering. Much of their stuff on homeopathy is very funny and well worth a read if you like a laugh. But please don't pay for their paper, it only encourages them.

'what you need to know'...is your going to have to go back and re-treat the stump 4 times...I'm on SBK and diesel...bring back Amcide!

SBK is top stuff for stumps, if you really want to see someone twitch ask if you can still get Gramoxone :laugh1: never had to retreat anywhere that was sprayed with that mind stank of it for weeks after :001_cool:

Beware of using this stuff!I Have been using glyphosate based chemicals for

over twenty years now,we were told it was safe to use and cause us no harm.

In 2010 I was diagnosed with Parkinsons disease at the age of forty.I cannot prove the link between this and Glyphosate exposure although I

am convinced of this personally. My advice is avoid this stuff at all costs.I would like to take this further but I know Monsanto can afford a good lawyer.

They feel a lot better than they do when they phone me up and tell me the Glyphosate hasn't worked. I used Amcide for 15 years, never a problem. I haven't had any comebacks since I started using SBK...horrible stuff.
