First day of horse clearance. Cutting and burning. Clearing saw is impressive but blunts quickly. Glad we had some serious gloves.

More like this months job, 130 odd leylandii this size around 3 sides of the clients garden.

Anything straight and between 3-6 inch in diameter the customer wanted to keep for wood turning, firewood, fencing etc.

Anything smaller got chipped with my new CS100, and anything bigger went into Ro-Ro bins.

Just 6 remain for me tomorrow, I shall be glad to see the back of them to to be honest the whole job is a testament to things we have to do when starting out!

P.s Nearly all were felled with my little Dolmar 420!
