Good observation. It’s a two acre lawn and a one acre hedge.

But looking were house is has no view at lovely countryside.

Ah very early days to be honest, I've had two big surgeries at the same time on Friday, 6 or 7 hours or so. I may or may not update to be honest. Busy business!
