Quarter of a mile of conny hedge today.

3 of us, finished by 4.30.

I think I might be ill when we do it next year.

No anchor for this dead oak stem which had a nasty back lean over an intricate fence, and garden.

We set up a floating anchor so Danny Mac could get a better work position.

He bombed some big chogs garden side then we winched it over with the GRCS.

Chipper was for a separate tree.

Stealth job with the MS150 on motorbike. Saw, fuel and climbing kit fit in panniers and all stuff staying on site. I really like the MS150 very light and capable. Removed these elms with no problem - stems were 8-10 inch which matches the bar on the 150. Recommend the 150 for pruning and small dismantes.

Last couple of days removing row of conifers which had got out of control which were also hiding a lovely walnut tree. Nice to get big chipper on site and loader to make life easy. Just got to move timber off site tomorrow.DSC_0121.jpg.18496e253ea277ec54bacee08ee32842.jpgDSC_0120.thumb.jpg.99569bf492e08034fe13aa7aa563e6ea.jpgDSC_0118.thumb.jpg.efc9a7bc52e84f1e25b40b9762319947.jpgDSC_0119.thumb.jpg.42e585012a1c6715d1f95b70851a08b8.jpg
