I think it’s always good to post under “Picture Forum” with a “picture!” Don’t know about everyone else but I like pictures?they used to say - a picture paints a thousand words? Have you got one of the half finished hedge at least?

Dead willow today, had to get it done before field is ploughed. Tree was in small garden plot so felled out through hedge then winched but up bank and out on to field. To give you an idea of size the saw is a Husky 346xp with 16'' bar.

A little shaping on an Ash from yesterday. It’s an old pollard but just trying to manage it at this size from now on. Came out half decent like...weather held off till the last cut which worked out well too.

Would have been decent I reckon , bottom 20 ft was rotten and hollow , plus I was sick of the sight of it by the time we finished, so on a trailer and as far away from me as possible ?
