Ta!  Note the cannon in the left hand side of the photo.  I made the stand for that about 12 years ago from Eucalyptus railway sleepers.  Its amazing its still standing with my carpentry skills

Thanks I had trimmed  this for the last 3 years was a pain as its 14ft across the top and the side with grass lawn has a ditch, but now will just have edge of the top to trim. Weapon of chose for that type of hedge is a Stihl ms230 with 16in bar.

Yes why not 16in bar cuts 3-4 bits at a time and saw sits nice in hedge when not being used.
