That's not a bad view reg !

Working with the girl friend clearing wind blow on this stand of larch today, we didn't think they were that old but on a ring count they were a few years younger than WW1 , so they must of been really stunted from never been thinned until the last few years.... I guess most of the lads who worked the estates never came back from the war, sent a shiver down my spine when we realised that.

Nice roadside ash dismantle today made easier by having lots of space behind and plenty of kit on site, on site at 10 all down and loaded by 12.30 and on the the next section of the site, she was ment to be a yard tractor but the little massy did herself proud loading the timber which saved a whole bunch of cutting up. 👍

Your Landy has certainly paid for itself by now John?...

Almost bud, definitely worth having being able to speed things up and make them safer, it changes how you look at jobs and how you go about taking a tree apart but once you are aware of how to get the best out of the boom it's so easy to use.

Got a vid of the heizo today....

What hp are you running Tom?

Very nicely set up unit!

Never the fastest chippers on the market but once they have hold its going in weather it wants too or not!

Do you have the pressurised top roller option on that 1 as well.
