The Tree was in very Poor condition,the Root plate was lifting and had separated from the Rock face behind by about 4".There were also holes in the Root Plate that were longer than my Arm.And negitive rigging of that Tree would have been pretty dodgy.The car park was closed,the building vacant and the Beer tasted great at the end of the day.

So why not get a crane in for a controlled lift? I know a platform would be a hindrance in this situation as it would be in the bombing line. Just curious thats all. :001_smile:

Because I was sure I could get the Tree down without a Crane.Just like the old days.
