Just to confirm, I have just tried to order 2, T540XP's from my local dealer and they said it will be February before there released........:sneaky2:

Tee Hee It is a joke . We have three 200t that don't work and its a 3 week turn around as our dealer is snowed under . So we had to buy a 201t . It seems very light compared to the 200 but its not got the zip .

I have spoken to the Husky guys today at Capel manor, the reason for the delay is the field testers have come up with a last minute mod which was deemed good enough to delay the launch. He said early Jan. Even with my 'OH YEAH' comment he was confident that it would happen.

I'm going to speak to husky this week about the T536 Li XP, ie hopefully nick a demo one off them:001_smile: so will badger them about the 540. Last I heard it was 1st quarter of next year, but I'm going to have to stop holding my breath as I started at the APF 2010!

 

It will be worth the wait though:thumbup:

I think thay are putting it off as they know how good the battery powered saw will be when they get that to market as this could change everthing!
