A woman reaches hers at ten past.

i peaked at 16 (health wise, mark :sneaky2:), it was then a steady downhill until i started tree work at 22, now at 26 i seem to be on the verge of loosing the battle unless i buck up my ideas!

up to 30 I was unbearably fit, by my 20's my stamina was at its peak and I could go all day all week and was gym working in the evenings till 9pm somedays.

I can still graft me nuts off and fly round bigwood, but to me I feel more tired than I used to, vigour is definatley on the wain!

I was probably at my peak around 32-45, younger than that i was either too pig headed, not physically fit enough or whatever. 46 I was past it. 47.... Clawing my way back up, inwardly knowing that its a case of fighting a losing battle against time now, but hey.....one last shot at it before slipping into old age

Arbtalk.co.uk is a hub for the arboriculture industry in the UK.
If you're just starting out and you need business, equipment, tech or training support you're in the right place.  If you've done it, made it, got a van load of oily t-shirts and have decided to give something back by sharing your knowledge or wisdom,  then you're welcome too.
If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.

See you inside.
