Need to dust my wrench off.

 

Just ordered a stiff tether and a hand ascender.

 

Can anyone put up a shot of a RW system incorporating a hand ascender?

 

I'm sure there are some on this thread, but I haven't got time to wade through it all again!

Do you me in a 2:1 ratio setup mark or just as a ascending aid? Ie sit stand, frog walk and so on?

Make up a leg strap to clip into the hand ascender. Do away with LOTS for good, by linking two light duty slings, put them on like a coat, and join with a crab in front at chest height, then clip in when you ascend. Much nicer method!

Just to aid ascent mate.

Maybe use the ascender to keep the wrench high and do away with LOTS?
